Chadwick Lawrence expands regulatory team
Northern law firm Chadwick Lawrence Solicitors has appointed Simon Catterall as senior solicitor in its regulatory law team, strengthening the firm’s presence across the North East.
Based at the firm’s Darlington office, Simon brings decades of experience advising businesses and individuals facing prosecution and investigation by public authorities.
He specialises in regulatory and criminal defence matters, including health and safety, trading standards, licensing and planning cases.
Widely recognised across the region, Simon has served as an NFU panel solicitor for the North of England for more than 25 years and is a former president of the Tees Valley Law Society.
Simon said: “Chadwick Lawrence is an outstanding, progressive firm and I am delighted to be a member of the team.
“I look forward to working with colleagues across crime and regulatory to build a strong client base in the North East.”
Simon’s appointment supports the continued growth of Chadwick Lawrence's regulatory practice and follows the firm's expansion into Darlington.
Employing more than 250 people across nine offices, the firm is continuing to invest in specialist expertise as it strengthens its services for clients across the North of England.
