Gateley Legal strengthens residential development team
Legal and professional services group Gateley Legal has strengthened its Manchester residential development team with the appointments of partner Billy Poulter and associate Shay Moore.
Billy brings more than 13 years of experience advising housebuilders, developers, registered providers and public sector organisations on residential development and regeneration projects.
He joins from Clarke Willmott and has also held roles with DAC Beachcroft and Trowers & Hamlins.
Shay joins as an associate with more than five years of residential development experience, having previously worked at Clarke Willmott and Butcher & Barlow.
He advises housebuilders on a broad range of land and development matters.
The pair will work alongside partners Dan Kendall, Louise Ilhan and Nick Molloy as Gateley Legal continues to expand its residential development offering across the North West.
Gateley Legal acts for 18 of the UK's top 20 housebuilders and handles around £2.5 billion of residential plot sales annually, with specialist development teams operating across its national office network.
Dan, residential development partner at Gateley Legal, said: “The appointments of both Billy and Shay are a real show of our commitment to the region.
“They are high calibre hires with excellent reputations, and will make brilliant additions to our team, enhancing our support for housebuilder and developer clients.”
