Fylde Coast practice joins Xeinadin
An accountancy and business advisory firm has continued its growth drive with the addition of a long-established Fylde Coast practice.
Xeinadin has added Crossley & Davis to its growing portfolio of accountancy and advisory firms across the UK and Ireland.
Established in 1982, Crossley & Davis has grown into a four-partner firm supporting clients across the North West and London.
Its services include audit, tax, tax planning, corporate finance and M&A.
Clients will continue to work with the same team, with the four partners remaining in place to lead relationships and maintain the practice’s local approach.
Bosses say Xeinadin will give Crossley & Davis access to wider technical expertise, additional resources and development opportunities, while allowing the firm to retain its close client relationships.
Peter Riley, partner at Crossley & Davis, said: “We’ve always focused on doing the work properly and being there for clients when they need us.
“That’s how we’ve built long-standing relationships over the years.
“As our clients’ needs become more complex, having access to wider expertise allows us to support clients through those decisions, while keeping the same level of personal service and day-to-day accounting.”
Derry Crowley, chief executive at Xeinadin, which recently added TBL Accountants, Accountancy Cloud, Campbell Crossley & Davis, Gregory Priestley & Stewart, Wasley Chapman and Alan W Simons & Co to its stable, said: “Crossley & Davis has built its reputation through consistent, hands-on work and long-standing client relationships.
“Their experience across a wide range of services, strengthens Xeinadin’s ability to support SMEs and businesses across the UK with joined-up advice.”
