McHale & Co strengthens commercial advisory team

Altrincham-based law firm McHale & Co has appointed Shaun Little as head of corporate and Patrick Byrne as head of employment as it continues to expand its commercial advisory services.

Shaun joins from Sumer Law and brings extensive corporate law experience, having previously worked at Eversheds Sutherland and Beyond Corporate. 

In his new role, he will lead the firm’s corporate practice, advising businesses on transactions, growth strategies and corporate governance matters.

Shaun said: “We aim to become the go-to corporate team for SMEs across the North West and, looking ahead, to build a practice advising growing businesses across the country.

“This is a hugely exciting time to join McHale & Co.

Patrick arrives from Weightmans, having previously worked at Myerson Solicitors and trained with Howes Percival.

He will lead the employment team, supporting clients on a broad range of workplace and employment law issues while working closely with colleagues across the firm’s wider advisory services.
