Napthens strengthens Manchester team
Law firm Napthens has appointed Sven Clarke as a litigation partner in Manchester, strengthening its dispute resolution offering as it continues to grow across the North West.
Sven joins from Myerson Solicitors, where he spent more than six years, most recently as a partner in the dispute resolution team.
Before that, he spent more than 12 years at Laytons LLP, progressing from solicitor to partner.
He brings extensive experience advising national and international clients on complex commercial disputes, including contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.
Sven’s expertise spans commercial litigation, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, board and shareholder disputes, and insolvency litigation.
His appointment further strengthens Napthens’ litigation team in Manchester and reflects the firm's continued investment in senior legal expertise across the region.
David Bailey, partner and head of litigation, said: “Sven’s appointment is an important step in the continued growth of our litigation team in Manchester.
“He brings a strong reputation for client service, along with a collaborative approach that aligns closely with our culture.
“We’re delighted to welcome him to the firm and look forward to the experience and insight he will bring to our clients and our wider litigation practice.”
