Flex Legal expands marketing team
Legal services provider Flex Legal has strengthened its marketing function with the appointments of Dani Webster as senior marketing manager and Grace Davis as marketing executive.
The new recruits join head of marketing Russell Mort as the business expands its in-house marketing team following a year of sustained growth and industry recognition.
Based across the firm’s London and Manchester offices, Dani and Grace will support brand development, integrated campaigns and marketing activity as Flex Legal continues to grow its flexible legal resourcing services.
The appointments follow recent milestones for the business, including winning New Law Business of the Year at The Lawyer Awards and securing rankings in the Chambers and Partners New Law Guide 2026.
Russell Mort, head of marketing at Flex Legal, said: “This is an amazing milestone for Flex Legal, and a true testament to our latest growth.
“I’m so pleased to be surrounded by incredibly talented, purpose-driven people, where there is a clear opportunity to scale and push the boundaries.
“By expanding our team, we now have the backing and resources we need to refine our strategies, deepen our client relationships, and help the legal sector redesign the way it works.”
