Gateley boosts Nottingham property team
Professional services group Gateley has announced four promotions across its Nottingham property team, including the appointment of Lauren Jeffrey as residential development partner.
Lauren advises housebuilders, developers and landowners on residential development schemes, land acquisitions, disposals and strategic land agreements.
Nathan Allaway has been promoted to legal director, while Daniella Sirovica and Kim Grundstrom become associates in the real estate team.
Gateley has also appointed partner Adam Youatt as head of its Nottingham office.
He will lead the firm’s 130-strong team while continuing to head its regional real estate practice.
Adam said: “Congratulations to each of our lawyers on their very well-earned promotions.
“At Gateley, we place great emphasis on helping our colleagues to develop and progress and these promotions are testament to the hard work that they have each shown in delivering fantastic results for our clients.
“On a personal note, I am also very pleased to be appointed office head in Nottingham.
“I have been with the business for more than 15 years and, so it gives me great pleasure to be tasked with supporting the Nottingham office as a key component of Gateley.
“I look forward to building on the good work done in the past, both professionally and in supporting local organisation and initiatives.”
The promotions form part of a wider round of 69 appointments across Gateley’s UK and Dubai offices, supporting the group's continued growth.
