Fletchers Solicitors names ten new partners
Fletchers Solicitors has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of ten new partners across its clinical negligence, serious injury and learning and development teams.
The promotions bring the firm’s partnership to 48 partners, alongside 19 directors, reflecting its continued investment in leadership and the development of its people.
All ten new partners are women, further strengthening female representation across the business, with women also making up two-thirds of Fletchers’ executive committee.
The newly appointed partners are Georgina Tither, Leanne Devine, Lindsey Henderson, Sharon Banga, Lorna Bailey, Mary Lomas, Natalie Mousavi, Nicola Ryan-Donnelly, Sarah Ouko and Victoria Martin, based across the firm’s offices in Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, Leeds and Southport.
Their appointments form part of Fletchers Solicitors’ ongoing growth strategy as it continues to expand its specialist legal services and strengthen leadership across the business.
Adrian Denson, chief legal officer at Fletchers Solicitors, said: “Partnership is about far more than professional achievement.
“It recognises colleagues who consistently demonstrate exceptional expertise, leadership and commitment, while making a lasting difference to our clients, supporting those around them and helping shape the future of Fletchers.
“Each of these colleagues has earned the trust and respect of those around them through the contribution they make every day.
“Whether delivering outstanding outcomes for clients, developing colleagues, growing teams or strengthening relationships across the legal sector, they each embody the values that define Fletchers, and I’m incredibly proud to welcome them to the partnership.
“These appointments reflect excellence across every part of the business, from nationally recognised legal expertise and complex litigation to learning and development, leadership and client care.”
