AfterAthena strengthens employment law team
Employment law, HR and health and safety firm AfterAthena has appointed Victoria Jackson as legal director at its Kendal office.
Victoria joins from Clarion, where she spent 16 years advising commercial clients on employment law and HR matters.
She brings extensive experience in workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, organisational change, employment tribunals and employee relations.
In her new role, Victoria will work alongside partner Angela Barnes and partner and head of Cumbria Jamie Allison, supporting clients on employment law matters while helping grow the firm’s presence across the region.
Oli McCann, partner and head of employment at AfterAthena, said: “The success of our ongoing strategy to grow our client base in Cumbria and the wider North West of England depends on the quality of our people behind it and Victoria’s great experience and presence in Cumbria across to Yorkshire means she will play an essential role in the delivery of that initiative.”
