WHN appoints commercial property associate

North West law firm Woodcocks Haworth & Nuttall (WHN) Solicitors has appointed Hasin Tariq Amin as an associate solicitor in its commercial property dispute resolution team.

Hasin brings 11 years’ legal experience, having previously held associate roles with international and regional law firms across the North West.

Recognised by Legal 500 as both an ‘Emerging Talent’ and ‘Rising Star’, he specialises in advising landlords, tenants, developers and commercial property owners on contentious property matters.

Based at WHN’s Bury office, Hasin will provide commercially focused advice to clients across the North West on a broad range of commercial property disputes.

Hasin said: “WHN’s reputation speaks for itself, and I am looking forward to delivering an exceptional service to clients as part of a highly experienced team.

“My journey in the industry so far has included Lancashire and Manchester-based firms, giving me a strong understanding of the economy of both areas and what people and businesses look for in a solicitor.

“Joining a firm with strong roots and long-established client relationships in both regions means a lot to me.

“I’m excited to use my skills and experience to help people and businesses, while supporting the firm’s continued growth.”

Daniel Long, director and head of commercial at WHN Solicitors, added: "Hasin’s appointment is another exciting and significant step for WHN.

“He arrives with high-level expertise in commercial property disputes and landlord and tenant litigation, and a proven track record on complex matters.

“Hasin has established a strong reputation in the industry already across Greater Manchester and Lancashire.

“His technical proficiency, personable manner and clear, pragmatic approach will make him an excellent addition to WHN and key asset to our clients.”
