Flint Bishop appoints corporate partner

National law firm Flint Bishop has appointed Russell Bainbridge as corporate partner, strengthening its Sheffield team as the business continues its expansion across the North of England.

Russell joins from Knights with more than a decade of experience advising businesses, shareholders and lenders on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, employee ownership trusts, corporate restructurings and governance matters.

He has worked with clients ranging from owner-managed businesses and SMEs to listed companies, with particular expertise across healthcare, manufacturing and waste management.

Russell’s appointment follows the opening of Flint Bishop’s new Grade A Sheffield offices and further strengthens the firm’s corporate offering as it continues to expand its presence across key regional markets.
