Law firm opens new office after landmark year

A Cheshire law firm is expanding its regional presence with the opening of a new office and plans to grow its team.

Rowlinsons Solicitors has launched a base at Royal Court on Tatton Street in Knutsford, adding to its existing office in Frodsham.

Bosses say the move will strengthen the firm’s ability to support individuals, families and businesses across Cheshire, with additional staff now being recruited for the new location.

Clients will have access to services spanning residential and commercial property, family law and private client matters.

The expansion follows a successful year for Rowlinsons at the British Conveyancing Awards 2026, where it was named Conveyancing Firm of the Year North.

Tom Parkinson, director and head of property, also collected the Partner of the Year accolade, while Rowlinsons received the Conveyancing Excellence Award and was highly commended in three further categories.

The firm combines personal legal advice with investment in technology, including a conveyancing app providing clients with mobile access to updates, documents and communications.
