mfg Solicitors expands property team

Law firm mfg Solicitors has expanded its residential property team in Telford with the appointment of Natalie Fowler as associate.

Natalie joins from Pickford Solicitors and will work closely with partner Nichola Wilson from the firm’s Hall Park Way office.

In her new role, she will advise clients on a range of residential property matters, supporting buyers and sellers through transactions including purchases, sales and remortgages.

Her remit will also include more complex shared ownership and right to buy matters.

Natalie said: “It was an easy decision to join Nichola and the team in Telford.

“They, and indeed the whole firm, have an outstanding reputation locally and regionally.

“I am looking forward to playing my role in our further growth in the months and years ahead.”

Natalie’s appointment adds further expertise to mfg Solicitors’ residential property team, which advises clients across a broad range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, right to buy, leases and easements.

The firm has a network of offices across the Midlands and surrounding areas, with bases in Worcester, Birmingham, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, the Black Country, Ludlow and Telford.
