Law firm expands with Bonnyrigg office

A Scottish law firm and estate agency has expanded its presence in the east of the country with the opening of its fifth office.

Watermans has opened a newly renovated base on Bonnyrigg High Street, eight miles southeast of Edinburgh.

The expansion follows the opening of its Dunfermline office in March and will support the firm’s continued growth across Midlothian, Edinburgh and Fife.

Local property specialist Neil Reid has also joined Watermans as consultant valuer as part of the move.

Scott Whyte, managing director at Watermans, which provides legal and property services including personal injury advice, residential and commercial property conveyancing and estate agency, said: “Opening our fifth Watermans office in Bonnyrigg is part of our long-term plans for the business and allows us to provide a base closer to home for both current and future clients in Midlothian.

The Bonnyrigg opening takes Watermans’ network to five locations, alongside offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Dunfermline.
