Law firm signals ‘scale of ambition’ with office move

A national law firm has relocated its Cardiff headquarters following a year of double-digit growth.

Acuity Law has moved from Cardiff Bay to 3 Callaghan Square in the city centre as it prepares for its next phase of expansion.

The relocation follows a 15 per cent increase in turnover, with annual revenue on track to exceed £20 million.

Bosses say the move forms part of continued investment in South Wales while providing a platform for further growth across the firm’s national operations.

Acuity, which employs more than 120 specialist lawyers across Cardiff, Bristol, Swansea, London and Liverpool, plans to continue expanding its work with high-growth businesses over the next five years.

The firm is also looking to attract experienced lawyers through a flexible model allowing partners to join as employees or consultants, supported by its technology and legal AI tools.

Acuity has advised on corporate transactions worth more than £750 million during the past 12 months, including the sale of Hereford-based Global RadioData Communications to Marlink.
