NatWest appoints Thames Valley director
Banking group NatWest has appointed Mairead Taylor as director of commercial banking for Thames Valley, strengthening its support for businesses across the region.
Mairead brings almost 40 years’ banking experience, having spent 38 years with NatWest Group, including more than 25 years working across commercial and corporate banking.
During her career, she has supported businesses across the South of England, helping companies access funding and navigate opportunities and challenges.
In her new role, Mairead will lead NatWest’s commercial banking support across Thames Valley, connecting businesses with the bank’s expertise, networks and financial solutions.
She said: “I am delighted to take on the role of director of commercial banking for Thames Valley.
“This is a region renowned for innovation, entrepreneurial spirit and business ambition, and I am excited to work with our talented colleagues and customers across the area.
“At NatWest, we know every region has unique strengths and opportunities.
“By combining our local expertise, strong relationships and wider banking capabilities, we can help businesses invest, grow and build for the future.

Mairead’s appointment forms part of NatWest’s Growing Together campaign, which is focused on supporting regional businesses to invest, expand and contribute to economic growth.
