Excello Law adds four-lawyer private client team

Law firm Excello Law has welcomed four lawyers to launch Hestia Private Client as the latest practice within its House of Brands model.

Elizabeth Pearson, Charlotte Pegg, Katherine Wainman and Thomas Wainman previously worked together in the private client team at Irwin Mitchell and, before that, at Wrigleys Solicitors.

Operating as Hestia Private Client, the team will advise high-net-worth clients and their families on wills and estate planning, trusts, probate and estate administration and lasting powers of attorney.

Its expertise also spans business owners and entrepreneurial families, farms and agricultural businesses, trustees, executors and international clients.

Elizabeth said: “Joining Excello’s House of Brands gives us the freedom to build Hestia Private Client on our own terms, with clients and our close-knit team at the centre of everything we do.

Hestia becomes the 13th practice to join Excello’s House of Brands, which enables experienced lawyers to establish their own legal brands while accessing the firm’s administrative, compliance, finance and operational support.

Excello’s wider practice comprises more than 200 lawyers advising across areas including corporate, commercial, litigation and real estate matters.
