JR Levins strengthens conveyancing team

Law firm JR Levins has appointed Natalie Reason to lead the growth of its conveyancing services across Runcorn, Widnes and Warrington.

Natalie brings more than 20 years’ property industry experience, including more than 12 years across estate agency and conveyancing roles.

During the past decade, she has overseen more than 5000 house sales and purchases, building extensive experience of supporting clients through the moving process.

Natalie began her career in estate agency, progressing from sales negotiator to branch manager over nine years before moving back into the legal sector and specialising in residential conveyancing.

Most recently, she was head of conveyancing at MJV Solicitors near Blackpool, where she helped build and grow the firm’s conveyancing department.

Natalie said: “Buying or selling a home is never just a legal transaction. 

“It involves people’s savings, family plans and future, so clients need to feel that the person handling their move understands how important it is to them.

“Having worked in both estate agency and conveyancing, I understand the pressures experienced by buyers, sellers, estate agents and solicitors throughout a property chain. 

“Good communication, realistic advice and identifying potential problems early can make an enormous difference.

“JR Levins has already built a successful conveyancing service in Huyton and Runcorn. 

“I am excited to build on that success and bring something fresh, responsive and genuinely client-focused to home movers in Widnes and Warrington.”

Natalie’s appointment forms part of JR Levins’ plans to expand its established conveyancing division, which supports buyers, sellers and homeowners across Huyton, Runcorn, Widnes and surrounding areas.

The firm is now looking to further grow its property services across Warrington and the wider region.
