Dean Hunter, an established figure in the Scottish human resources community, founded Hunter Adams in June 2011. Prior to this, he harnessed employee engagement to deliver exceptional financial results as global HR director of billion dollar oil giant Production Services Network (PSN). He employed 8500 people, including 100 HR practitioners, throughout the world. At PSN, Dean initiated a massive shift in corporate culture and contributed to significant international growth. As a result, PSN has featured in The Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For in 2008 for four consecutive years, rising to 50th place in 2011, during the Wood Group PSN merger. Dean was recognised as Outstanding HR Director of the Year in the 2008. He is co-founder of Scottish HR network Employment Eye, a group with more than 200 members. Dean is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has a Masters in Employment Law and Practice.
