Profile

Lynda is a registered chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine as well as entrepreneur and author. With previous experience in the business world, she has also lectured in Psychology and Neuroscience at Brunel University and conducted research on brain function and impairment, specialising in consciousness, emotion and the effects of ageing. Having founded and operated two successful businesses Lynda understands first hand how expensive and vital an efficient and happy workforce is. To manage experienced staff and integrate 'new blood' is essential for growth, profitability and success. As a natural communicator she shows companies why a positive emotional tone in leadership, sales, marketing and HR can save money and improve prosperity. It is no coincidence that even traditionally analytical professions such as finance and law are now embracing this basic truth. Lynda shows you how. A hugely popular speaker with an innovative, practical and immediately applicable approach, Lynda offers insights into a variety of relevant and often controversial issues. Her conviction and enthusiasm is infectious and - as will be confirmed by anyone who has ever attended one of her sessions - no one ever dozes off when Lynda's got the floor! Lynda is also Director, Successful Ageing for LifeBook Ltd. This is a wonderful process where an older member of the family writes their autobiography with the help of a professional writer via weekly interviews over a 6 month period. Lynda is delighted to support this business with neuroscientific research for product development and communication in the UK and overseas.
