Business Development Manager for Innov8 Disposal; an IT asset disposal company covering the UK. We develop solutions for the secure disposal of IT/waste electrical equipment, ensuring our clients receive a high quality customer experience. Innov8 specialise in the secure erasure and/or destruction of client data. Full on-line reporting allows clients to evidence the fully compliant disposal service in line with the WEEE Regulations. As Business Development Manager, my remit is to build up the client base, secure new business, develop and implement processes and systems, marketing, develop brand awareness and of course sales. Central to this is building up an effective network of contacts and maintaining company social media outlets ensuring they are kept full of interesting and factual articles and blogs. My work in the private sector has ranged from being an integral part of a new business start-up team, to becoming a key driver in the business enabling it to become both sustainable and profitable.
