Having originally served as a frontline rapid deployment advanced trauma medic in the British Army, I was medically discharged in 2003! Over the next 12 years, I've used my military skills, experiences and determination to either buy, aquire or set up from scratch 4 of my own businesses, co-founder 2 others and currently sit on the non-exec board for a European Print Management Group and a Trustee for a nationally registered Charity. My TrueNORTH was founded in May 2015, and came about more from a philosophy than anything else. An inner desire, an absolute belief that business owners need to have the right level and type of support to aide THEIR journey, not simply someone guiding them on their own! It's only through having clarity of what you want otachieve, and by mapping the route your going to take to get their that enables you to mmake significiant progress to your final destination! Yet so many business owners either don't have the clarity on what they want to achieve or the means of mapping their journey sufficiently to prevent them from straying off course. In 2012 and 2013 I am proud to have won a Global Entrepreneur 'Big Impact to Business' Award for my work in supporting business owners keen to make significiant and sustainable growth for them and their businesses. In 2015 my first book 'Battlefield2Boardroom - 10 Proven Military Strategies to Combat Mediocrity' was published and subsequently it also won a national publishers 'innovations' award.
