Trevor Keane is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sportego, a global fantasy sports developer platform and innovative marketing and gaming development company. Launching this revolutionary offering in 2014, Trevor developed the first app globally to offer cash based fantasy football on individual premier league games and is keen to become the go-to brand to enable increased consumer engagement in the industry. Originally a Digital Marketer and published sports author; Trevor has a BA in Accounting and Finance as well as diplomas spanning digital marketing and communications. A fantasy football player at heart, Trevor is aiming to increase fan interaction across all sports. With a keen interest and passion for the industry, Trevor has authored Gaffers: 50 years of Irish manager as well as numerous other football related titles, including the former Republic of Ireland football international star, David Langan's biography. Prior to founding Sportego, Trevor worked for 14 years in the Financial Services industry, with seven years’ experience in client relations and shareholder services. Making the career move due to a lifelong wish to work in sport, Trevor realised there was a lack of fantasy options available outside of football and consequently came up with the idea for Sportego.
