Positive drives sales of new car magazine
Manchester-based Positive Cashflow Finance (“Positive”) has supported the launch of MOG, the first consumer magazine for Morgan car owners and enthusiasts, by supplying Project VIVA and its subsidiary Viva Healthcare Publishing with a £150,000 funding line.
High Street retailers including WH Smith and WH Smiths Travel have signed up to sell the publication throughout the UK and globally MOG already reaches audiences in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Hong Kong and Brazil as well as a number of countries throughout Europe.
Founder Matti Rogers has set ambitious growth plans that will see the magazine secure 4,000 subscribers within the next 18 months. Commenting on the launch, Rogers said: “ MOG has been very well received by its readership and is now selling well through high. The Morgan Motor Company and its cars are a particular passion of mine and the team and they are one of the most quintessentially British brands, and one of the last remaining car manufacturers in the country.“
Phil Chesham, sales and marketing manager at Positive, said; “With years of experience in the publishing industry, Matti is determined to continue the growth of the group’s publications whilst supporting the launch of this new title. The suite of publications is well rounded and our funding line will ensure that the group can expand and achieve the targets they set for themselves.”
