FHL Cloud Solutions is shortlisted for regional business award
Crewe-based FHL Cloud Solutions is in the running for a prestigious regional accolade after being shortlisted in the Cheshire Business Awards 2014.
The organisation is a finalist in the Inspiring Apprenticeships Cheshire and Warrington category, for its ongoing commitment to providing young people with the skills and qualifications they need to succeed in the cloud computing industry.
Now in its tenth year, the Cheshire Business Awards recognise and celebrate the achievements and successes of companies of all sizes based within the Cheshire region.
FHL Cloud Solutions uses cloud-based solutions to help businesses increase efficiency. The consultancy’s award-winning team has a strong track record of successfully delivering cloud solutions to a wide range of businesses, such as organisations in the wine industry, e-commerce and retail, medical and accountancy sectors. The consultancy helps them to improve efficiency and overcome common business challenges such as rapid growth, new acquisitions, a change in ownership or relocation.
Andrew Peddie, managing director of FHL Cloud Solutions, said:
“We are very proud of our training programme here at FHL Cloud Solutions, which has so far helped 19 young people make the first step in their career. It has also led to us offering several youngsters permanent employment, and it is very much our intention that this number will grow, having taken on a fresh batch of apprentices only last month.
“It is also very exciting that this is the second high profile award we have been shortlisted for this year, having won the prestigious NetSuite’s European Solution Provider of the Year for a fourth consecutive year in January. This success is testament to the dedication, passion and enthusiasm of the FHL team, so fingers crossed we are on a winning streak!”
The Cheshire Business Awards ceremony will be held at Chester Cathedral on Friday October 4th.
