Davis Blank Furniss announces ‘Redundancy’ breakfast briefing
Davis Blank Furniss – the Manchester based law firm – has announced details of its first free Employment Law Breakfast Briefing for 2015. The event will be taking place at the firm’s offices on Deansgate on Thursday 26th February and will cover Redundancy Procedures.
Having to implement a programme of redundancies can be unsettling and demoralising for employees as well as the managers who have to manage the process. However, circumstances arise every so often which leave employers with no choice. So, the employment law team at Davis Blank Furniss will take delegates through the basics including: an update the on new case law, guidance on how to minimise the risk to an organisation and ways to ensure remaining employees are not left traumatised by the experience.
