Wrigleys Solicitors welcome new lawyers

Niche legal firm Wrigleys Solicitors celebrates another successful year for its trainee solicitor recruitment process, and welcomes experienced Harrogate Trusts and Estates specialist solicitor Kieran McIvor.

On his new role, STEP qualified Kieran comments “Wrigleys are nationally recognised for their work with farms and landed estates, so it was a great career opportunity to join their team.“

Along with Kieran, Wrigleys welcomes two new trainee solicitors to the firm, Sophie Welch and Hayley Marsden. The firm is also celebrating the qualification as a solicitor of former trainee Alacoque Marvin who joins the employment team.

Trainee Recruitment Partner Sue Greaves comments: “Wrigleys is fortunate to be able to attract fantastic candidates for our trainee solicitor programme. We find that the niche areas of law in which we specialise are a particular draw to applicants, putting the firm in the position of being able to select from a mix of outstanding recent graduates, and other more experienced professionals who apply to us from many different walks of life. For example, Alacoque had a successful teaching career before choosing to train as a solicitor. She can now use her previous experience to enhance her skills as an employment lawyer advising schools and other charities and social enterprises.“
