Manchester Headquartered BCL Legal Wins RIDI Award
Manchester headquartered BCL Legal scooped the Individual Choice gong at this year’s Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative Awards which took place at Eversheds’ offices in London last week.
Now in their second year, the awards celebrate progress and recognise the success of organisations that are making headway in increasing the inclusion of disabled talent.
For the Individual Choice category, disabled job seekers were invited to nominate the agency that has provided them with the most positive candidate experience. The judges were looking for:
· Access to guidance and support throughout the process;
· The disability confidence and competence of the recruiter; and -
· The positive impact & outcome for the candidate.
James Batt – managing director of BCL Legal – said: “We are all immensely proud to receive this award – especially as RIDI does such an amazing job in raising the profile of the important issues surrounding recruitment firms being disability confident and driving inclusion.“
