My Pension Expert set to increase Doncaster workforce by 40%

The UK’s largest specialist pension annuities advisory firm My Pension Expert, is looking to recruit 32 staff at its Hayfield Business Park, Doncaster headquarters.

Established in 2012 by local entrepreneurs Scott Mullen, Richard Morrall and Andy Binns, the company has seen significant growth of over 100% each year.

My Pension Expert combines cutting edge technology with personable support, to ensure its customers get the maximum retirement income for their pension.

This strategy has fuelled the company’s substantial growth and led to its commendation as a five star provider through independent customer service platform, TrustPilot.

My Pension Expert is now recruiting for over 30 new employees interested in careers with paid training and obvious career progression.

Current roles cover everything from financial advisors and quality control personnel to administrators and customer service reps. All new recruits are given initial training of four weeks with many working their way up the career ladder, by being paid to undertake financial qualifications – estimated at around £4k per staff member.
