As a student you need to be physically and mentally at the peak of your health. Being healthy means that your body and mind must function the way that they were supposed to and there should be no illness whatsoever. If you are not healthy then you will not be able to do a good job in school. A student who is healthy will be able to perform more effectively. Health needs to be maintained and good health is very often the result of good habits. Good health results in physical and mental well being. A student who is physically healthy will have a body that functions without any pain or discomfort. Illness can be caused by disease, injuries, unhealthy diet and also by factors like stress and genetics. Emotional health is also a very important factor and a student with optimum emotional health will not have any anxiety, depression or other mental problems.
