Boost for Trethowans’ team in Southampton
Trethowans has expanded its corporate and commercial team in Southampton to eleven lawyers with two new appointments.
Tori Lewis, who specialises in both corporate and commercial law, has joined as a solicitor and will be based in the Southampton office in Hedge End. Tori undertook her training with a regional law firm and has worked in both Southampton and London.
Gerrard Tin has also joined the corporate and commercial team as a paralegal, specialising in banking. Gerrard has particular experience in drafting facility letters, putting in place security structures and drafting subordination and priority agreements.
Mike Watson, head of Trethowans’ corporate and commercial team, said: “This is an exciting time of growth for the firm as a whole and we are delighted to welcome both Tori and Gerrard on board. Our corporate and commercial team has gone from strength to strength and we are looking forward to them playing a part in its future.”
