Linder Myers promotes partner Head of Commercial Property
Anne joined the firm in September 2015, bringing a wealth of experience to the commercial property team.
Anne is a specialist in site acquisition, development projects, joint ventures, forward funding, regeneration and remediation of brown field sites; acting on behalf of developers, public bodies (health and local authority) and institutional investors. She has been involved in numerous town centre developments. Anne also undertakes commercial landlord and tenant work and supports commercial clients in corporate transactions involving sales and leasebacks and the acquisition and disposal of companies and businesses.
In her new role, Anne will lead the 18-strong commercial property department and have overall responsibility for the fiscal and business development of the team moving forward.
On her promotion, Anne Dobie, said:
“After a relatively short time with the firm, I’m delighted to have been promoted to Head of Department - growth and further development is very much on the Commercial Property team’s agenda as we continue to strengthen our service offering.”
