North West law firm Harrison Drury has appointed Duncan Rawlinson as a director to head up its residential conveyancing team.
Duncan joins Harrison Drury after six years as a partner and head of residential conveyancing at Linder Myers solicitors, based at its Lytham office.
Duncan has a number of specialisms within conveyancing, including property transactions for high-net-worth individuals, major relocation projects and cross-border transactions between England, Scotland and Ireland.
He is recognised as a leading provider of legal services by a number of major international relocation companies and often advises senior management and senior employees of companies that relocate business operations to other areas of the UK.
Duncan, who lives in Garstang, Lancashire, said: “It feels good to be part of the Harrison Drury family. The firm has grown in a sustainable way over the last few years and has a great culture. I’m relishing the prospect of helping the firm further enhance its residential conveyancing service.”
Damian Baron, head of the Home and Family team at Harrison Drury, said: “Duncan has a great reputation with his clients and professional contacts alike. His knowledge and expertise in handling residential conveyancing matters, including more complex transactions will really help us. It’s great to have him on board.”
Harrison Drury’s residential conveyancing team is part of the firm’s dedicated Home and Family service, which offers a complete legal service to individuals for divorce and family matters, residential property transactions, and wills and inheritance issues.
