Turnover at Manchester recruitment firm Tindall Perry hits £450k
Finance recruitment consultancy Tindall Perry Partnership is celebrating after achieving five-figure turnover growth in its last financial year.
The Manchester-based firm saw its revenues for the 12 months to September 30 hit £450k, a year-on-year increase of around 12%.
The results mark the third consecutive year of growth for Tindall Perry, which recorded a turnover of £290k in the 2013/14 year and £390k in 2014/15.
Under the leadership of director Leyla Tindall, the company has continued to focus on several core sectors it believes will place it in a strong position for the future, including retail, leisure, manufacturing, property and e-commerce.
In the last few years, Tindall Perry has added a number of high-profile clients to its roster, including office space firm Bruntwood, e-commerce company musicMagpie and retailer JD Sports Fashion Plc.
The growth has been partly attributed to a targeted marketing and communications programme carried out over the last 12 months that included advertising, media relations and events.
Director Leyla Tindall said: “These results are great news but the focus now is on planning for the future. Whilst there is still some uncertainty because of Brexit we are seeing a continued upturn in the market which is positive.
“My view is that this will continue so we will carry on tailoring our offering to what’s actually needed and where the demand is coming from.”
Leyla continued: We’ve worked hard to really understand our clients, the factors that affect their individual sectors and how we can add value.
“That clear focus has driven our strategy and has ensured that we have a track record of developing lasting partnerships which are based on sound discretion, reliability, professionalism, commercial awareness, collaboration and first class market intel.”
