High Demand for Property at Riversway Docklands, Preston
Preston’s Riversway Docklands has proved a popular commercial destination over the last six months and as 2017 gets underway interest in the available property stock remains steadfast.

LLLP have successfully marketed 20,000 sq ft of commercial space that has been let or sold since September 2016, with companies such as Relate Lancashire, Sunshine Events, PFP Energy, David Taylor Partnership, PWA Planning and The Business Clinic all moving into the area.
