Fletchers Solicitors named as great place to work
Fletchers Solicitors has been named by Great Place to Work as one of the Best Workplaces in the UK.
The leading medical negligence and personal injury law firm ranked 44th place in the medium-size business category, ahead of well-known businesses like Renault UK and Jobsite.
Great Place to Work is the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. It measures trust and engagement levels through an annual employee survey and an audit into the organisation’s HR and management practices
As well as being the only medium-sized law firm to feature in the ranking, Fletchers was also recognised as one of the top businesses that demonstrates strong values and ethics to its team members.
The accolade comes after Fletchers was named as a Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work for in 2017, for the second year running.
Ed Fletcher, CEO of Fletchers Solicitors, said: “We are delighted to be publicly recognised as a great employer. Being a great place to work is one of our guiding principles, and we continually strive to create an environment where people can flourish, develop and enjoy what they do.
“We believe that an engaged workforce is a happy and productive one, so we make sure that our team members are at the heart of everything we do.”
