Recruitment agency to create 21 jobs at new Manchester base
Recruitment agency Get Recruited is set to create 21 jobs at its new base in Manchester.
The company has signed up for 2,162 sq ft on the second floor of 83 Fountain Street, a six-storey office scheme in the city centre owned by developer Millerbrook Properties.
Get Recruited is currently based at Barclay House on Whitworth Street West.
Get Recruited MD Matthew Ager said: “We’re relocating our office to help us expand our presence in Manchester and attract the best talent for the 21 roles we plan to recruit for over the next 18 months.
“83 Fountain Street provides the perfect location for staff and clients with close by amenities and transport links, together with on-site parking and a cycle hub.”
Property advisory firm JLL secured the deal on behalf of Millerbrook, which recently completed a refurbishment of the 13,000 sq ft building’s common areas.
JLL director for office agency Richard Wharton commented: “Good quality refurbishments in central Manchester are proving incredibly popular as occupiers seek modern office space which allows them to attract talent.
“The last remaining unit at 83 Fountain Street has already received strong interest and we expect to finalise a letting in the next few months.”
Commercial real estate firm Avison Young acted as joint agent for Millerbrook, while Get Recruited represented itself.
