ISE Student Development Award winners announced
The Institute of Student Employers (ISE) announced the winners of its Development Awards at today’s ISE Student Development Conference in London.
More than a hundred student recruitment and development professionals turned out for the annual awards ceremony as part of the day-long conference.
Seven organisations collected awards, spanning employers, universities and suppliers.
ISE Development Award winners 2018
• Best Graduate Induction Award - Lloyds Banking Group
• Best Post Programme Development Award - HSBC
• Best Preparation for Work: Single Initiative Award - University of Hertfordshire (in collaboration with Smart Resourcing Solutions Ltd)
• Best Preparation for Work: Overall Strategy Award - University of York, Careers and Placements
• Best School-leaver and Apprentice Development Programme Award - Capgemini
• Best Strategic Alignment Award - Santander Technology
• Best Supplier Contribution to Student Development Award - The Smarty Train for its work with BNP Paribas
Delegates attending the ISE Student Development Conference were among the first to hear the findings of this year’s ISE Development Survey. The day’s programme also featured an expert line-up of speakers including an inspirational opening keynote on creative leadership from business consultant, Chris Baréz-Brown.
Stephen Isherwood, Chief Executive at the ISE said: “These awards are testament to the commitment and investment of employers and universities in the training and development of students and graduates. Each year the job of judging gets tougher, so congratulations goes to the winners as well as all of this year’s fantastic finalists.”
