Briony Thomas, TIME Investments
London based TIME Investments has appointed Briony Thomas as head of strategic partnerships.
Briony has experience at Colnvestor as head of sales and marketing, as well as time working at Ingenious Asset Management.
In her new role, Briony will look after TIME Investment’s relationships with its strategic wealth management partners, establishing new distribution channels for its products and supporting business growth.
TIME Investments sales and marketing director Simon Housden said: “We are delighted to welcome Briony to the TIME Investments team. We have a strong focus on developing our strategic relationships across the investment industry, so this is an exciting time for her to join.”
John Pollington and Oliver Pettafor, Downing LLP
Investment manager, Downing LLP has announced two new appointments to its property finance investment team.
John Pollington joins the firm as investment director, and Oliver Pettafor begins a new role as loan servicing analyst.
With over 20 years of experience in financial services, John joins Downing LLP from Hampshire Trust Bank, where he spent the last four years as a director of the property finance team. Oliver previously worked as an analyst at Intermediate Capital Group plc.
Parik Chandra, head of residential development finance at Downing LLP, said: “We are extremely pleased to be adding further expertise to our expanding Property Finance team with the appointments of John and Ollie.
“John brings a depth of experience which will be key for us as we, and our competitors, negotiate the headwinds caused by Brexit uncertainty.”
