Darlington recruitment firm secures major manufacturer contract
Recruitment agency Resource Management Solutions (RMS) has landed a major contract with Peterlee manufacturing company NSK.
Following an existing partnership beginning in 2014, RMS will now be the exclusive HR and recruitment partner for the County Durham manufacturer of bearings, linear technology and steering systems.
The recruitment firm will be working with NSK until at least 2022, overseeing all aspects of the HR process including employee engagement, on-boarding, departure management, compliance, administration and reporting.
NSK HR manager Steve Metcalfe commented: “NSK are very confident that we’ve selected the right HR and recruitment partner in RMS.
“Over the course of the past six months we’ve undertaken a robust and comprehensive tender process. RMS emerged as the stand-out partner due to their track record of proven capability and expertise within the automotive sector.”
The partnership marks a new phase of growth for the Darlington based agency, which has plans to expand into the construction and civil engineering sectors.
RMS operations director Matthew Telling added: “We have built up an excellent reputation in the North-East region, which we’re looking to strengthen, while also growing the business through diversifying into new markets.”
