39 homes sold off-plan at new 74-home development in Worksop
More than 50% of new homes on an impressive 74-home development in Shireoaks, Worksop, have been snapped up by buyer’s off-plan, according to leading Midlands’ developer Stancliffe Homes.
The house builder is now six-months into a two-year development process that will see a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes and three-bedroom bungalows constructed on the Oak Tree Park estate.
A privately owned housebuilder which specialises in high quality development across the Midlands, Stancliffe Homes has appointed new homes development specialists Banner Jones Solicitors to manage the conveyancing process.
Situated within the historic village of Shireoaks and benefitting from close transport links to Sheffield and Nottingham, Oak Tree Park has experienced great interest from first-time-buyers, families and retired couples alike, with 39 homes having already been sold off-plan.
Interest in the remaining plots is said to be ‘very high’, with the first buyers already having moved in and the development due for completion in 2021.
Sam Jones of Stancliffe Homes added: “We have made a great start on site in both construction and sales and we are very pleased with the progress that has been made so far.
“We put a great deal of attention into the overall site layout, and the design of every home. The significant interest that has been expressed by home buyers indicates that the development has been well received, and we’re pleased to have completed our first sales and to welcome new home owners to the development in the coming months.
“It has been great to work with Andrew and the team at Banner Jones and we look forward to working with them on our new development in Wingerworth, Chesterfield later this year.”
Andrew Fielder, Business Services Director, at Banner Jones commented: “It excellent to see that a high proportion of plots on this development have already been reserved and that a number have sales have now been completed.
“This amounts to the favourable location of the development, the mixture of home types that it offers and the high-spec construction and design process that is ongoing.”
Banner Jones offers a full range of services to landlords and developers, including support on site, acquisition and ensuring that the legal requirements for the sale of new build residential properties are met.
