Urbanista Hotel will undergo £500,000 transformation ahead of its opening
Urbanista Hotel, opening later this summer, is currently undergoing a £500,000 development ahead of its launch.
The hotel will create multiple career vacancies from managerial roles through to front of house and housekeeping.
Urbanista is a development by local developer Evolve Property Group who announced the transformation of the ex student halls in May and since then has ploughed ahead with the redevelopment of the project, making fantastic progress using local suppliers and contractors.
The Bold Street-based site will be home to 20 luxury double rooms and suites across three floors. A number of suites will also have private external courtyards.
David Colebourn, Managing Director of Evolve Property Group, and owner of Urbanista, said: “Urbanista’s opening is nearing and we can’t wait to welcome our guests. We’re pushing forward with the development of the hotel and we are aiming for a late September launch which is on track and ensuring that we’ll be delivering the project on time,”
The hotel will be operated by Voya Hotels
