vLex to open first London ‘innovation hub’ following acquisition
Legaltech firm vLex has announced the upcoming opening of its first London headquarters.
Situated in Kentish Town, the firm’s new office will officially open in October, alongside vLex’s current European headquarters in Barcelona.
News of the London office launch follows the firm’s acquisition of law research platform Justis, which has increased its global presence to include the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Australia and several countries in South America.
Global head of product at vLex, Robin Chesterman, commented: “The acquisition of Justis has opened the door to a number of highly-valuable opportunities for the legal technology world.
“By bringing together the coverage and technology from both companies we can offer our customers something truly unique and powerfully competitive.
“The new office will provide a fresh start for the team here in London and give life to many new projects that we are excited to share in the near future.”
