Duncan Walters, AML Group

Creative advertising agency AML Group has announced the appointment of Duncan Walters to experience partner.

Duncan joins from Chime Group’s financial services specialist agency Teamspirit, where he held the position of digital director.

In his new role Duncan will work alongside AML Group’s strategy, creative and client services teams to deliver integrated plans to help clients leverage intelligence, content, behaviour and technology for commercial growth.

Nick Boyd and Matthew Smith, Knight Frank

Property adviser Knight Frank has appointed Nick Boyd and Matthew Smith as partners in addition to three other new hires.

Nick joins as partner in the hotel valuations team, having over 25 years of hotel valuation experience across the UK and Europe, and was formerly Hotels & Leisure Operations Director at Lambert Smith Hampton.

Matthew joins the hotel agency team, having 17 years of sales and acquisitions experience in the UK regional hotel market.

Knight Frank has also appointing Blair Abel to hotel valuations and Kostas Erotokritou and Chris Field to hotel agency to further strengthen and support its growing hotels team.

Graham Clemett, Workspace

Office space provider Workspace has appointed Graham Clemett as chief executive.

Graham has been with the firm for over 12 years, having joined the board as finance director in July 2007.

Daniel Kitchen, chairman of the board, commented: “The Board has appointed Graham as our new chief executive officer after a rigorous selection process involving both internal and external candidates.

This process, combined with Graham’s active leadership during the last few months and his track record within the business, gives the Board confidence that he is the right person for this position.

“Graham has been an integral part of the strong executive team that successfully steered Workspace through challenging economic cycles, delivering impressive levels of income and profit growth, and we are confident that this will continue under his leadership.”

Jacqueline de Rojas CBE, FDM Group

Professional services company FDM Group has appointed Jacqueline de Rojas CBE as a non-executive director. The president of technology trade association techUK since July 2015, Jacqueline has developed and supported a manifesto for skills and diversity in the technology industry.

In addition she is also the co-chair of the Governance Board of the Institute of Coding, and a non-executive director of smart infrastructure business Costain Group plc and property search platform Rightmove plc.

David Lister, non-executive chairman of FDM, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Jacqueline onto the FDM board.

Lance Boreham and Tom Dyson, isobel

Independent creative agency isobel, has appointed Lance Boreham and Tom Dyson as its new creative team.

Before joining the firm, Lance worked as a creative at advertising agency BBH across several accounts, including Refuge, Tesco, and Virgin Media.

Tom joins from his former position as a creative at Lucky Generals, where he produced work for Paddy Power, Yorkshire Tea and Yopa, as well as the Mariah Carey Hostelworld campaign.

Ben Stump and Simon Findlater, creative directors at isobel, said: “As well as being thoroughly nice guys, Tom and Lance are jam-packed with big commercial ideas that get talked about. We’re sure they’ll be a great asset for isobel and our clients.”
