Alex Hinchcliffe, Fulcrum

Sheffield-based Fulcrum has appointed industry specialist Alex Hinchcliffe as head of business development.

Alex will lead Fulcrum’s EV business development division and will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers to deliver EV charging solutions.

Alex will develop Fulcrum’s EV service and grow its EV infrastructure capabilities across complementary areas of the group, such as in its industrial and commercial and housing utility infrastructure divisions.

Alex also takes an active role in the development of the UK’s overall rollout of EV charging infrastructure, being a member of the Renewable Energy Association’s (REA) EV Steering Group, which includes prominent figures from the EV charge point operations sector.

He said: “Fulcrum is in an excellent position to help deliver the infrastructure the UK requires to create an effective and robust EV charging network that will have a significant impact on the low-carbon ambitions of the country.

“Through my work in this sector I am keen to build on the relationships that Fulcrum has already established in the EV market, while also exploring the opportunities to further incorporate charging infrastructure projects into other areas of the group’s operations.”

Mark Kane, Dacre, Son & Hartley

Mark Kane has been promoted at Dacre, Son & Hartley’s Skipton office.

Mark has been with Dacres for the past seven years and was promoted to senior associate within the firm 12 months ago.

He said: “Our Skipton office has been an integral part of the town since the mid-60s and has sold and let many thousands of homes throughout the area over the decades.

“I’m really looking forward to building on over fifty years of success, as well as ensuring we continue to play an important part in the community, sponsoring and supporting lots of local events, sports teams and charity initiatives.

“The office also plays a key position in our twenty branch network acting as a linchpin between the adjoining offices of Settle, Keighley, Pateley Bridge and Ilkley.”

Domenico Mariconda, The Right Fuelcard Company

Domenico Mariconda has been appointed as managing director of The Right Fuelcard Company in Leeds.

Domenico Mariconda has taken over the position from Adam Walsh who has decided to move on to a new personal challenge.

Beyond developing the Right Fuelcard Company’s customer base with existing solutions, Domenico Mariconda will be in charge of bringing enhanced fleet services to The Right Fuelcard Company’s customers, to allow it to optimise control and cost management of its fleets.

Domenico graduated from the University of Salerno in Italy. He started his career as a management consultant and then held various sales and leadership positions in the automotive, financial services and telematics industries within Northern Europe.

Oliver Rupp, Ben Morgan and Beverley Ronson, The Technology Group

Leeds telephone, internet and mobile service provider The Technology Group has appointed three new starters across its sales team.

Oliver Rupp and Ben Morgan join as Solution Sales Executive with Beverley Ronson taking on the role of business development executive.

They will work with the existing teams as The Technology Group looks to provide services to wider range of business sectors.

The three new recruits, who have all previously been working in the telecommunications and IT industries, will work within the company’s 13 strong sales team to deliver new business opportunities that will help drive the continued growth of the group.

Brandon Titterington, Jordans Solicitors

Yorkshire law firm Jordans Solicitors has appointed Brandon Titterington as head of property.

He joins Jordans from Huddersfield outfit Eaton Smith and has a wealth of experience in commercial property transactions amassed over 25 years, advising both in the private client and in-house corporate sectors.

Based at Jordans Wakefield office, he will be responsible for all types of commercial property work, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals of business property, pre-emption, option, overage and lock out agreements.

Jordans’ managing partner, Christine Sands said: “We are delighted to welcome Brandon to the firm.

“With his knowledge of the corporate sector, he is commercially aware and understands the requirements for quality work to be turned around within tight time frames.
