300 jobs created in flexible working recruitment drive from North East pub group

A North East pub operator is creating over 300 jobs as part of a recruitment campaign introducing flexible working for staff.

The Inn Collection Group is rolling out its INNtelligent drive across its 13 pubs in the Northumberland and County Durham, as well as those in Yorkshire and the Lake District, which promises flexible working hours, multiple employee benefits, free online training and a bonus scheme.

The group has invested over £100k in its online training programme which is delivered via an app and promises a learning ‘journey’, with an initial induction, core models such as food hygiene, through to sessions on management.

In Cumbria alone, the group is offering over 200 full and part-time positions across its growing portfolio of inns, which includes the newly opened The Coniston Inn at Coniston, The Ambleside Inn in Ambleside, The Pheasant at Bassenthwaite and The Swan at Grasmere.
