London's “cheapest starter homes” unveiled with housebuilder's newest development
A new development claiming to offer the “cheapest starter homes available in London for the last five years” is launching in East London.
Housebuilder Galliard Homes is set to unveil new residential scheme Papermill House in Romford in the Borough of Havering.
Offering 115 apartments in total, the development at 363 South Street is a courtyard development comprising the central Papermill House and four adjacent blocks.
Designed specifically with first time buyers in mind, every home at Papermill House is available on the Government Help to Buy scheme.
David Galman, sales director at Galliard Homes, explained: “Papermill House is the most exciting launch of the year for first-time buyers; requiring a Help to Buy assisted mortgage of just £140k, these are the best value homes in London.
“This is the opportunity for those who never thought they could own a home to buy at a stylish, affordable scheme.
“Galliard has not launched a scheme of this value for first-time buyers for five years, this is an exceptional opportunity and we anticipate huge demand from Londoners to secure their first home.”
