Amy Chadwick, Hägen Wolf

Property litigation firm Hägen Wolf has appointed Amy Chadwick as an associate.

Amy is an experienced solicitor-advocate with rights of audience in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal and joins the firm from the Leeds office of Knights.

Amy has over six years of experience working in law firms and has led property litigation cases across a wide range of sectors including; social housing, commercial lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations and telecommunications.

Henry King, CBRE

CBRE has appointed Henry King as senior surveyor in its Leeds team.

Henry joins CBRE from the Capital Markets team at LSH in Leeds, and will be advising CBRE’s client portfolio across Yorkshire and the North East, including institutions and regional property companies, on the disposal and acquisition of all property asset classes.

Senior director Alex Whiting commented: “Henry brings regional expertise and strong market knowledge to his new role and we are delighted to welcome him to the Leeds office.”

Noel Kennedy, UX Global (UXG)

Digital solutions provider UX Global (UXG) has appointed Noel Kennedy as head of sales and marketing.

Noel brings a range of experience and knowledge to the newly created role, having joined from audiovisual design and build specialists Involve where he was head of sales.

Commenting on his appointment, UXG managing director Alistair Wright said: “We’re delighted to have brought Noel on board as we set ourselves up for what is set to be a big year for UXG.

Alistair Branch, Stephen George + Partners LLP (SGP)

Stephen George + Partners LLP (SGP) has promoted Alistair Branch to partner at its Leeds office.

Since joining in 2016 to spearhead SGP’s transportation sector development, Alistair and his team have won a range public sector projects, securing over £150m worth of transport schemes.

Alistair commented: “I am absolutely delighted to be asked to become a partner at SGP and continue the drive to both grow our transport architecture offer and develop the Leeds office as a whole.

Harry Finney, Fox Lloyd Jones

Property agency Fox Lloyd Jones has appointed Harry Finney as senior surveyor.

Chartered surveyor, Harry, joins the Leeds-based firm having spent three and a half years at the Leeds office of Cushman and Wakefield.

In his new role he will be working closely with directors Paul Fox and Nick Salkeld, and the wider team, on a mix of agency and development projects around the region.

Commenting on the appointment, director Nick Salkeld said: “Despite the pandemic we have shown great resilience throughout and not only continued to progress instructions for existing clients, but we have also added a sizable number of new projects.

“To cater for the continued growth, we needed to recruit an experienced and senior-level surveyor to further bolster the team’s capacity and have always been impressed with Harry’s experience and knowledge of the market.”
