“Rare development opportunity” as 5.9 acre site launches in East Yorkshire

A 5.9 acre industrial development site which is the last of its kind in the area has been brought to market in East Yorkshire.

Commercial property agent Gent Visick has launched the site at Tom Pudding Way in Goole, which sits within the Humber Enterprise Zone.

The site sits alongside occupiers such as international chemical producer Croda, glass manufacturer Guardian Glass, and one of Tesco’s national distribution facilities.

In addition, the area is set to become home to a £200m train manufacturing facility constructed by Siemens, due to be completed in 2023.

Paul Mack, director at Gent Visick, commented: “The site represents the last remaining industrial development land available to purchase in the Goole area, and is a rare development opportunity, in such a strategic location in East Yorkshire.

“The location is superb, being just off Junction 36 of the M62 motorway. It is approximately one mile from the Port of Goole, and is only a few miles from the M18 motorway. It is also within easy access of the East Coast ports of Immingham, Grimsby and Hull.”
