HCML earns ‘Great Place to Work®’ title for the second time running.

HCML, the national leading provider of occupational health, well-being and rehabilitation services, has been officially accredited as a Great Place to Work® by the certified™ organisation of the same name for the second year in a row. This is a significant achievement for the company which is one of the UK’s most comprehensive providers of case management and rehabilitation services, and workplace health and wellbeing solutions.

The certification came from validated employee feedback gathered by Great Place to Work® which is the global authority on workplace culture. HCML employees said: 96% agreed that the company promotes inclusivity and is committed to treating people fairly.
88% said it is easy to talk to management, with 87% saying the organisation is ethical. 86% felt they can really be themselves at work. 81% believe customers would rate the service they deliver as excellent.
